New Article on Porta di Ferro Stretta and Coda Lunga Stretta

Postby Steven Reich » Thu Nov 18, 2010 11:18 am

I have just posted a new article on my site about how to correctly form the guards of Porta di Ferro Stretta and Coda Lunga Stretta (and their left-foot-forward versions) and the differences between them:

Forming and Understanding the Guards of Coda Lunga Stretta and Porta di Ferro Stretta

As always with my technical articles, there is a PDF version which you can download and print out.

Thanks! I'm trying to provide material that will eliminate some of the time spent learning things the hard way (i.e. how I often did it). I have more articles similar to this in the works...
