Update = Feedback has been good so far. People with questions have read the PDF and know where we are coming from and why. I have two books coming out any day now, and after that can get to work on the Polish stuff. More gear/costumes being made and so forth.

Please share the free PDF, we want to get it out there for people to consider.

You and your dedicated team had done an astonishingly superb job of creating this Polish Sabre manual in PDF format. Part of my overall infinite interest in historical European combat arts has always been this weapon and its battlefield usage. I have already bookmarked this post so I can go back easily to download the PDF for my future martial activity. Also, I know it has nothing to do with European martial arts, but am curious about it--Will you and your team develop a PDF manual on the use of the M1860 light cavalry sabre in the future? Just asking, that is all. Despite that, thank you for the Polish Sabre PDF.

Jason this book was written in 1872 by an American Calvary officer. The sword in use would be the M1860 sabre. Hope this is useful to you.

Sounds like a fine treatise of the time. I think it is something to study from to understand how the cavalry sabre would be used, especially in combat, and to be able to practice the drills and techniques. A reprint of the book is available at Amazon. Thanks, Keith.
