So, its underway.

Part I is an overview of 17th century Europe and Poland with a lead up to the duel. More anecdotes and much more general history as well as art!
Part II is Daria I's translation of “On Customs and Traditions in the Reign of Augustus III”
Part III is hopefully going to be Marcelli's 1686 rapier manual 'the saber parts'. I'm trying to negotiate something with the translators, or trying to find an untranslated copy.
Part IV is Dari I's translation of Starzewski
Part V is Huessler's plates
Part VI will be for some Dussack plates
Part VII will be snippets from diaries, quotes, and poems.
Part VIII will be our modern interpretation.

The order may shuffle up a bit, either by region or chronologically. I'm still deciding and gathering new material. Costumes (the coats) are being made and I'm trying to involve other groups willing to send in high-res pictures of themselves doing stuff.

It'll take awhile as things get made, but progress is happening.

Thanks to Keith Farrell for editing a great chunk of it so far and Jeffery Hull for talking with me in person over copyright issues. We're in great shape with that!

I lined up a layout and over guy as well. The man single-highhandedly saved the re-release of my first sci-fi humor book, will save our stalled RPG product, and is giddy to work on the Polish saber book after seeing our free PDF!

Now- I write very fast, but there is lots of waiting to be done. I need costumes made, and we are asking some volunteers to take high-res photos. They may or may not be able to do this, but the show must go on! The photographs will be in period costume but also in HEMA garb as we try to showcase how Polish saber can apply to both.

I'll update as things progress!

Where do you stand on translation work?

I just found out my father-in-law rents a house to a Polish History professor. He's spending his summer writing a few books... I could ask him about doing some translations.
