I'm trying to work this out. When would like these by so I can determine if I can actually get it done.

The sooner the better. We're making great progress and I'm hoping before December 2013 we can have the book out. I have to wait on a lot of bakers in my kitchen, most of which aren't getting paid, so it's hard to pin down times.

PM me what ideas you have and resources available.

Cover artist is busy at work. We're toying with some ideas. He has the means to take our photos and make them look like sketches, so we're thinking of having on the cover a photo of John and I in the full get-up, then turned into sketch to look like a 17th century manuscript. The cover is going to look like the Polish flag of the Commonwealth and an image similar to the one below will be worked in.

This is a rough idea, but I think it may turn out neat.

Zupans in, hats being made.

Keith has done the latest edits and Darai Izdebska should be going over what I've written so far.

Blood and Iron (Lee Smith) and Maryland KDF (Jake Norwood) have both agreed to do some high-res photo-work for me. At Socal and Longpoint I pushed the Polish saber on them, and they both love it. This is great, because when this project is done, I'd like to be 'a' Polish saber guy not 'the' Polish saber guy in the USA.

Piermarco is on board!

Daria is going over the manuscript. After that, it's mostly photographic work, which I have two groups agreeing to do it and my own. The historical costumes in Arizona are best worn in winter here :)

Norwood and his crew have their photos done.

I should be doing some photo work this month or next.

I have a few others lined up as well.

After that, it's final write up, edits, layout and art and then getting the page count high enough to justify the price of a high-end book!

Working on scheduling a photo shoot for my Xmas break from the High School.

More material is being added to the book. The latest Giganti has something of use!

We'll have a few more guard-variations.

We must have done something right ,I keep getting invites to teach Polish saber.

Edited photos are ending up on my desk.

A few more edits are needed to get the footnotes the way I want them.

A lot of hurry up and wait now, but we're still moving.

All but a handful of photos are in. They'll be inserted into the text.

Mr. Layout has been contacted.

Most the edits are done, but we'll get some final passes.
