Since it's not made by a known supplier, you'd have to contact individual tournament organizers and get it reviewed.

  • Open armpits.
  • Open throat.
  • No significant overlap.
  • Unknown puncture resistance.

I'd be extremely cautious about fencing in a tournament which did allow that.
